About The Position

The Server at Hotel Renegade serves customers and provides great customer service by sharing information to help with food and beverage selections, presenting order choices, and maintaining a warm, friendly dining atmosphere. The role helps create a memorable guest experience and supports cleanliness and payment accuracy across the restaurant, wait station, and kitchen service area. The position requires availability Friday through Monday. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have basic math skills, legible handwriting, and strong customer-service and verbal-communication skills. One year of server experience and familiarity with MICROS and Square POS systems are preferred. U.S. work authorization is required. The stated pay range is $3.35–$5.00 per hour. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, and counting change back to customers.
Legible handwriting.
Strong customer-service and verbal-communication skills.
U.S. work authorization is required.
Friday through Monday availability is required.

Nice To Haves

One year of server experience.
Experience with MICROS and Square POS systems.

Responsibilities

Take customers’ food and beverage orders.
Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate parties.
Maintain cleanliness standards in the restaurant, wait station, and kitchen service area, meeting state and local health board requirements.
Receive guest payments and ensure the guest check and payment method are accurate to safeguard the customer and company.
Respond to customer inquiries and comments in person and by phone with timely, knowledgeable information.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Bring a positive attitude and help create a fun, memorable experience for guests.
