About The Position

Harvest Restaurant Server Job Description Wage : Daytime shift: $5/hour + tips. Averages to $20-25/hour. Shift : Part time. Maximum of 29 hours per week. Hours are 10:30am - 4:00pm, Monday- Friday. Requirements

• World class guest service.
• Previous serving experience.
• Multitasking and keeping on task when busy.
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstation.
• Complete side work checklists.
• Follow sequence of service.
• Accurately receive and input orders.
• Rolling silverware.
• Pre-bussing tables.
• Deliver food in a timely manner.
• Engage with the guests while they dine at Harvest.
• Keep beverages refilled.
• Recommend items from our menu and upsell items.
• Menu and allergy knowledge.
• Exemplify Thanksgiving Point’s Mission, Values and Policies.
• Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.
