About The Position

Harvest Restaurant is seeking a part-time Host to join their team. This position involves welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth seating process. The ideal candidate will have a welcoming and professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and be at least 18 years old. Training will be provided for the reservation system.

Requirements

• Competent with basic computer seating/reservation system (will train).
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and thank all guests.
• Make reservations via phone and in person.
• Answer phone calls.
• Return messages for reservations.
• Walk and take guests to their table.
• Ensure the flow of seating is balanced among servers.
• Accommodate any special needs or requests by guests.
• Update reservation sheets for kitchen.
• Exemplify Thanksgiving Point’s Mission, Values and Policies.
• Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.
