About The Position

The Server accommodates residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner. The role serves residents in an assisted living community and includes available part-time shifts. Associates must work every other weekend; late nights are not required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pay attention to detail, be flexible and adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must pass a criminal background screening.
• Must adhere to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy; associates are subject to the policy.

Nice To Haves

• Food serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
• Serve food efficiently and professionally.
• Clear glasses, silverware, dishes, and other items after residents and guests finish a course or meal, according to Company protocol.
• Maintain a clean dining room.
• Wipe down and sanitize chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas after every meal period.
• Deliver trays to residents’ apartments and retrieve them as needed.
• Label and date all food.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
