About The Position

Servers at Chili’s provide Guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitable, customized service. They learn the menu, handle opening and closing duties, work with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The role requires working some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience is a plus.
