Requirements
- Previous full-service restaurant experience required.
- Fine dining experience preferred.
- Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Explain menu offerings and provide thoughtful recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and organized manner.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service throughout the meal.
- Maintain guest satisfaction through attentive follow-up and prompt response to requests.
- Collaborate with culinary and support teams to ensure accurate and timely service.
- Process guest payments accurately and responsibly.
- Set, clear, and reset tables according to fine dining standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
