About The Position

Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is hiring an entry-level Server. This part-time role is intended to offer students flexible after-school and weekend hours, with a scheduled shift from 3:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Team members must be available at least three days per week. The position offers experience in dining service and opportunities to develop skills while providing residents and guests with a consistently exceptional dining experience. Requirements

Be at least 16 years old.
Have good communication skills.
Have a friendly and energetic attitude.
Be available on weekdays and weekends, at least three days per week.
No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods.
Share daily menu highlights and make recommendations tailored to resident and guest preferences.
Record food and beverage orders accurately.
Deliver a consistently exceptional dining experience.
