About The Position

Servers provide Guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitable, customized service in keeping with Chili's approach to hospitality. They learn the menu, explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction. Servers also help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The role requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Chili's offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, growth opportunities, and a team-oriented atmosphere.
