About The Position
Our Servers provide Guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitality and service that reflects Chili's. The role is suited to someone who takes pride in providing great service and enjoys making people feel special. Servers provide customized service, explain menu offerings, perform opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction. They also help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Availability to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays is required as needed.
Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Have a great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

- Prior experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
