About The Position
The Line Cook is a Heart of House Team Member responsible for setting the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. The role focuses on preparing food according to Chili’s recipe procedures, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety, communicating ticket times, and keeping food orders moving continuously from the kitchen. Team Members contribute to a safe and welcoming environment while working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

- Properly learn and execute all recipe procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
