About The Position

Line Cooks are members of Chili’s Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The position focuses on preparing food according to Chili’s recipes, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and keeping orders moving continuously from the kitchen. Chili’s describes its culture as rooted in service, hospitality, and giving back, with a focus on delivering a great experience to every Guest.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
