About The Position

This role involves efficiently maintaining bar supplies, including preparation of daily requisitions. The server must be completely familiar with all different kinds of liquor, recipes and prices of drinks, proper glassware used for each recipe, as well as garnishes needed. They should know drink recipes, prices and type of beverages available. The server will be responsible for accurate cash handling procedures, including proper discounting, MICROS system (or registers), bank procedures and tip policies. They will accurately charge guests for drinks and ensure accurate intake of all monies. Additionally, the server must anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, acknowledge all guests, and maintain positive guest relations at all times. Resolving guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction in each interaction is also a key responsibility. Formal training regarding liquor liability is required within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter.
