About The Position
Sea Monkey is a recently opened, high-end club and lounge space featuring a hidden speakeasy. We offer dinner service Wednesday through Saturday evenings, followed by a late night lounge. The menu features Mediterranean dishes with coastal influence, focusing on small bites and seafood offerings. We are looking for Servers to join our team to help create a very high-end, guest-centric space.
Requirements
- Open availability on all Friday and Saturday evenings
- Previous high volume restaurant or club experience
- Commitment to creating a very high-end, guest-centric space
- Able to work independently and proactively
Responsibilities
- Serve dinner
- Occasionally help with cocktail serving or bottle service
