About The Position
Sea Monkey is a recently opened, high-end club and lounge space featuring a hidden, elegant speakeasy. We offer dinner service Wednesday through Saturday evenings, followed by a late night lounge. This position may also support the Vieux Carré, our speakeasy. The menu features Mediterranean dishes with coastal influence, focusing on small bites and seafood offerings. We are looking for a Bartender to join our team and help create a very high-end, guest-centric space.
Requirements
- Open availability on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings.
- Previous high-volume restaurant or club experience.
- Commitment to creating a very high-end, guest-centric space.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
Responsibilities
- Serve guests in a high-end club and lounge space.
- Prepare and serve drinks.
- Support late-night lounge operations.
- Potentially support operations at the Vieux Carré speakeasy.
- Contribute to creating a guest-centric environment.
