About The Position
Sea Monkey is a recently opened, high-end club and lounge space featuring a hidden speakeasy. We offer dinner service Wednesday through Saturday evenings, followed by a late-night lounge. The menu features Mediterranean dishes with coastal influence, focusing on small bites and seafood offerings. This position will primarily serve dinner, but may occasionally help with cocktail serving or bottle service.
Requirements
- Open availability on all Friday and Saturday evenings
- Previous high volume restaurant or club experience
