About The Position

Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show is looking for energetic, guest-focused Servers to join our fast-paced dining crew. If you enjoy providing outstanding hospitality, working in a high-energy environment, and being part of an unforgettable dinner show experience, this is the role for you! The scheduled hours depend on the show schedule but will always include afternoons and evenings. We are seeking individuals with open availability on the days they can work.

Requirements

• Previous entertainment or high-volume serving experience preferred
• Must be able to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand, use stairs and walk for extended periods and carry trays
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• At least 18 years of age.
• Must obtain a valid Tennessee state ABC permit.
• High school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive at your assigned section.
• Be informative of the meal that will be served.
• Prepare & serve beverages to your assigned tables during dinner service.
• Understand food allergies and what options are available.
• Be vigilant when serving any guest with a food allergy.
• Clean table & section when dinner service is complete.
