About The Position
The Server supports an energetic, casual bar environment at Federales, located in Denver’s RiNo Art District. This role is for a talented, enthusiastic individual interested in growing in the service industry and committed to providing quality service. Servers help guests select food and beverages, manage tables and the guest experience, and communicate orders and special requests to the bar and kitchen.
Requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and management.
- Good judgment and an adaptive attitude.
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers and help them choose food and beverages.
- Manage tables and the customer experience.
- Maintain a professional and enthusiastic attitude.
- Record patrons’ choices and transmit orders to the bar and kitchen, including identifying dietary needs and special requests.
- Create memorable guest connections through the restaurant’s food and beverages.
- Develop mastery of the restaurant’s menu and present its offerings enthusiastically.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and management to provide exceptional guest service.
