About The Position

Federales is seeking a talented, energetic Bartender who is excited to grow in the service industry and provide quality service in a fun, casual bar environment. The venue is located in Denver’s RiNo Art District and is an open-air tequila and taco concept featuring Mexican street food, wood-fired grilled meats, and house-made margaritas.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a bartender.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to create memorable guest connections through food and beverages.
• Ability to learn and master specialty cocktails and show enthusiasm for the offerings.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and management to provide exceptional guest service.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends.
• Good judgment and an adaptive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers and help them select food and beverages.
• Apply liquor, beer, and wine knowledge.
• Apply craft cocktail knowledge.
• Maintain a professional and enthusiastic attitude.
• Execute server orders.
• Keep the bar area clean and set up and stock the bar at the start of the shift.
