About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a part-time Server to join our team at Carriage Court in Hilliard, OH. This role involves creating a welcoming environment for residents, preparing the dining area, maintaining cleanliness, and observing resident dining habits. We are looking for an energetic and positive individual who enjoys interacting with residents and can meet the physical demands of the job.

Requirements

At least sixteen (16) years of age.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
Foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare tables for service, salads, and roll silverware.
Bus tables and sweep floors.
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness regarding resident dietary habits, appetite changes, and absences from meals.
