About The Position
As the primary server for all guests at Lakeview, an upscale casual dining restaurant serving inspirational contemporary Mediterranean cuisine and beverages, you will provide guests with exceptional service and maintain high service standards. This role involves managing your station, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and completing assigned side work. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have an open mind while handling customer service
- Must be able to work alone, without supervision and be self-motivated
- Must be able to work in a team
- Ability to speak, write, and understand English
- Perform duties quickly and efficiently
- Must be able to stand entire shift
- Excellent communications
Responsibilities
- Input orders into a POS
- Serve guest following sequence of service
- Know menu items and any special circumstances in your station (VIPs, cakes, etc.)
- Get your station ready
- Ensure tables are cleared for next course
- Keep your station clean during the meal service period
- Work to create a pleasant experience for your guests in all respects
- Complete assigned side work
