Requirements

  • High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
  • All associates must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Company Standards
  • Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Associates with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
  • Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, associates may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings are required.
  • Upon employment, all associates are required to fully comply with the Company’s rules and regulations for the safe and effective operation of the hotel facilities. Associates who violate hotel rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment

Responsibilities

  • Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality, professionalism, and a positive demeanor
  • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely and seamless service delivery
  • Offer thoughtful guidance on menu selections and respond to guest questions with confidence and care
  • Prepare, present, and serve food and beverages in accordance with brand standards and service guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining and service area at all times
  • Set up, break down, and rearrange dining spaces as needed to accommodate business functions, meetings, or larger guest groups
  • Deliver consistent, polished service and professionally resolve guest concerns to enhance satisfaction
  • Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations in compliance with Health Department and company requirements
  • Promote a safe working environment by following established safety programs and job safety analyses
  • Monitor and enforce sanitation and safety standards for all team members and authorized personnel entering food service areas
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
