About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Server for Curveball Kitchen at OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park in Oklahoma City. The server is responsible for creating a positive guest experience by preparing the restaurant for service, welcoming guests, describing menu offerings, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages, and presenting bills. The role requires an engaging, customer-focused approach and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park is located along the Oklahoma River near downtown Oklahoma City and features an indoor waterpark, more than 400 guest rooms and suites, dining options, and meeting and event spaces. Pyramid Global Hospitality manages more than 200 hotels and resorts and has over 18,000 associates across the United States, Caribbean, and Europe.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of food service experience.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Ability to describe and sell menu items.
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant before each shift.
• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant.
• Guide guests through the menu using descriptive selling.
• Take accurate orders and confirm special requests.
• Know the menu details to support conversations with guests.
• Work collaboratively with other servers and kitchen and bar staff.
• Help guests resolve concerns and work toward a satisfactory outcome.
• Present bills accurately and promptly.
