The Vick Rooftop Server at Hotel Celare, a Marriott Tribute Portfolio, is responsible for ensuring compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department. This role maintains food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications. The Server also ensures communication with the General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors, and Staff. Other duties may be assigned.
