Server - Seasonal High Volume
About The Position
Surf Restaurant Portsmouth is seeking an experienced server for one of the busiest restaurants in town. Surf is known for a very high quality dining experience and remains busy year-round. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, a positive and welcoming personality, and an understanding of teamwork. This is not an entry-level position, and a minimum of five years of serving experience in an upscale casual table service environment is required. A solid understanding of food, wine, beer, and spirits, along with open availability for scheduling, is also necessary. Our shifts begin at 3 PM on weekdays and 10 AM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Availability on weekdays and Sundays is mandatory. We are hiring for part-time positions throughout the summer.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years serving experience in an upscale casual table service environment.
- Solid understanding of food, wine, beer, and spirits.
- Open availability for scheduling.
- Weekday and Sunday availability is a must.
