About The Position

Santikos is hiring a Server at its Palladium location in San Antonio, Texas. Servers provide guests with exceptional food and beverage service in theater dining and entertainment settings. The role involves taking and serving orders, maintaining knowledge of menu items, working with kitchen staff, and keeping the dining area clean and sanitized. Servers are also responsible for checking that guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years old and for responding attentively to guest requests.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Flexibility with scheduling.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to make guests happy through service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with and collaborate as part of the theater team.
• Dependable attendance.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of server experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred.
• A current TABC license is preferred; certification assistance may be available.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly, interactive guest experience through ordering and serving in theater dining and entertainment settings.
• Maintain full knowledge of menu items.
• Accurately take guests’ food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Accurately communicate and serve food and beverage orders.
• Verify that guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years of age.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food orders are accurate.
• Give close attention to guest requests at all times.
• Keep the dining area clean and sanitized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
