Requirements
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine love for helping others
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Dependability and a willingness to jump in where needed
- Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Previous serving or hospitality experience is helpful, but we’ll train the right person
Responsibilities
- Greet residents with a smile and take meal orders
- Serve food and beverages in a friendly, efficient manner
- Assist with dining room set-up, clean-up, and restocking supplies
- Support community events and special dining experiences
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment
- Get to know our residents and help make mealtimes something they look forward to
