About The Position
Sage Mountain Senior Living, an Agemark Senior Living community, is seeking a friendly and dependable Server to join their full-time team. At Sage Mountain, dining is focused on creating a welcoming experience and making residents feel at home. This role offers the benefit of no late nights.
Requirements
- Friendly, dependable, and ready to help.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Availability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Previous serving or hospitality experience is helpful, but we’ll train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Take meal orders and serve food and beverages.
- Assist with dining room set-up, clean-up, and restocking.
- Help keep dining areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Support special events and dining experiences.
- Work alongside the culinary team to provide a great experience for residents.
