About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is seeking a passionate and service-focused Server to join our Food & Beverage team at ULU. This role is responsible for creating exceptional morning dining experiences through personalized service, menu expertise, and genuine care for guests. Located along the shoreline of Four Seasons Resort Hualālai, ULU offers guests an elevated breakfast experience inspired by the flavors, culture, and natural beauty of Hawai‘i Island. Requirements

Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
Three months to one year of food and beverage service experience required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to carry and balance serving trays safely.
Ability to read food tickets accurately and communicate effectively with culinary and service teams.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Legal authorization to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

Previous restaurant, food and beverage, luxury hospitality, or related experience preferred.

Sharing the story of ULU Ocean Grill, Four Seasons Resort Hualālai, and Hawai‘i Island with authenticity and enthusiasm.
Anticipating guest needs and responding promptly and professionally to requests and concerns.
Accurately entering orders into the point-of-sale system and communicating special requests with culinary and service teams.
Coordinating food and beverage timing to ensure exceptional presentation and guest satisfaction.
Verifying order accuracy and delivering meals according to Four Seasons service standards.
Processing payments and completing transactions accurately while maintaining accountability and professionalism.
Collaborating with colleagues to foster a supportive team environment focused on excellence.
Upholding all Four Seasons standards, health regulations, and food safety practices.
