About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join their team at Vitalia N Olmsted. This role involves creating a welcoming environment for residents, preparing dining areas, assisting with meal service, and maintaining cleanliness. The Server will also observe and report on resident dietary habits and appetite changes. This is a part-time position with a specific shift schedule.

Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Ability to assist persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
Foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare tables for service, salads, and roll silverware.
Bus tables and sweep floors.
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness regarding poor dietary habits, changes in appetite, or resident absences from meals.
