About The Position
The Server at The Reserve at First Colony Assisted Living and Memory Care provides friendly, efficient meal service to residents in a warm, home-like dining environment. The role includes taking meal orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining proper portion control, and keeping the dining area clean and safe. The Server also assists residents with special dietary needs and fosters positive interactions to support a welcoming dining atmosphere and enhance residents’ overall dining experience.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior food handling experience.
- Must be team-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Take residents’ meal orders.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and in a friendly manner.
- Ensure proper portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the dining area.
- Assist residents with special dietary needs.
- Foster positive interactions and a welcoming dining atmosphere.
