About The Position
Tarina of Cypresswood, a Saga Senior Living community in Spring, Texas, is hiring a full-time Server to provide residents with warm, attentive dining service in a relaxed, home-like setting. The role is suited to someone who enjoys hospitality and building relationships with residents. Pay is $13.50 per hour, with credit for experience. Shifts vary, and weekend and holiday rotations are required.
Requirements
- Previous serving experience is required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to produce a negative drug test.
- May be subject to a background check.
- Must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position, with reasonable accommodations considered.
Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, resident-focused dining service in a relaxed, home-like environment.
- Take orders accurately and serve meals and drinks with correct portions.
- Keep dining areas clean and organized while following health and safety guidelines.
- Build positive connections with residents, support their dietary preferences, and help make every meal enjoyable.
