Server 6:30am-2pm $15-22 (Part Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at Township located at 4150 W Republic Rd, Battlefield, MO 65619. This role is crucial in fostering a welcoming and connected environment for residents. As a Server, you will greet residents, be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain. You will also be responsible for preparing tables for service, making salads, and rolling silverware. Additionally, you will assist with bussing tables and sweeping floors to maintain a clean and proud community. A key aspect of this role is observing and communicating dietary habits, appetite changes, and resident absences to supervisors and Wellness staff.
Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
- Ability to assist persons after a fall.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
