About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at Holliday Farms located at 11143 Ambrose Lane, Zionsville, IN 46077. This part-time position offers a pay range of $17 - $20 per hour and a shift schedule of Friday and Saturday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. As a Server, you will be responsible for greeting residents, fostering a welcoming and connected dining environment, preparing for meal services, maintaining tidiness in the dining area, and observing residents' dietary habits and appetite changes.

Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
Foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware.
Bus tables and sweep floors.
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness regarding poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite.
Report resident absences from meals.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Assist persons after a fall.
