About The Position

We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our team at Cedar Trails located at 490 Urbanna Drive, Freeburg, IL 62243. In this role, you will make each room a home by providing housekeeping services for residents, ensuring each area is a comfortable, clean, and cozy place to live. You will also be responsible for ensuring each area, from the lobby to the employee break room, is tidy and clean, with everything in its place.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Shall have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Professional in appearance and conduct.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
Must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
Must be criminally cleared.
