About The Position

The Courtyard Cafe in Brecksville is looking for servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences through safe, friendly, attentive service. Servers help guests feel welcome and part of the restaurant’s family by sharing knowledge of the menu, food, wine, and fresh ingredients. This is a busy, high-volume restaurant where team members uphold high standards of service, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness. Lunch and dinner shifts are available.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Interact with guests to provide exemplary, efficient service.
Take orders, serve food and drinks, answer menu questions, accommodate guest requests, and suggestively sell food and drinks.
Work closely with the Manager and Hostess to ensure guests receive excellent service.
Create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and fellow employees.
Perform duties in a timely and effective manner in accordance with company policies and the objectives of the position.
Keep the wait station clean and maintain high-quality customer service and hospitality.
Assist with maintenance tasks such as trash removal and cleaning when needed.
Provide safe, friendly, and attentive service.
Use knowledge of food, wine, and fresh ingredients to guide guests through the menu.
Follow safety and sanitation practices, support team member wellness, and help maintain clean restaurants.
