About The Position

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring part-time Servers at Hundredfold American Brasserie in Elmont, New York. The Server represents the restaurant and delivers attentive service that helps guests feel valued and satisfied. This is a tipped position; the listed hourly minimum pay does not include potential tipped earnings. Hundredfold American Brasserie celebrates warmth, hospitality, and connection. Guided by award-winning Chef Timothy Hollingsworth, the restaurant aims to create meaningful moments for guests through its dishes and interactions. The position includes greeting guests, taking and serving food and beverage orders, responsibly serving alcohol, processing payments, collaborating with restaurant colleagues, and completing assigned cleaning and side work. Servers must be available on weekends from Friday through Sunday and meet the physical requirements of the role.

Requirements

Experience handling cash and processing credit card payments.
Must have full availability on weekends, Friday through Sunday.
Must be able to lift 35 lbs, walk (including up stairs), stand, and bend for long periods.
Must have sufficient visual awareness and hearing to take orders and prepare checks.

Nice To Haves

One year of experience as a server in a high-volume environment.
Experience using a point-of-sale system in a service or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests, attend to their needs, provide menus, communicate restaurant specials, answer menu questions, and collect food and beverage orders.
Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and follow alcohol service policies and procedures.
Enter orders accurately into the point-of-sale system, process payments, and prepare and deliver guest checks.
Collaborate with other servers and kitchen and bar staff.
Perform assigned opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties; keep equipment and workspaces clean, sanitized, organized, and functioning.
