About The Position
The Food & Beverage Server provides exceptional quality and service to guests at Brasserie Margot. The role delivers expertly served beverages and dining experiences, anticipates guest needs, demonstrates expertise in menu options, and creates memorable guest experiences. The position is scheduled for forty hours over a five-day period. Scheduled days and times may vary based on business needs.
Requirements
- Outgoing personality and a can-do approach to assigned tasks.
- High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine.
Nice To Haves
- Background in luxury resorts and hotels is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Provide an enjoyable dining experience through quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
- Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards.
