About The Position

The Server’s primary responsibility is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner. This position serves residents and guests in a warm, welcoming assisted living community.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pay attention to detail, be flexible and adaptable, demonstrate safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must pass a criminal background screening.
• Must adhere to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy; associates are subject to the policy.

Nice To Haves

• Food serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
• Serve food efficiently and professionally.
• Clear glasses, silverware, dishes, and other items after residents and guests finish a course or meal, following company protocol.
• Maintain a clean dining room; wipe down and sanitize chairs, windows, floors, and work areas after every meal period.
• Deliver trays to residents’ apartments and retrieve them as needed.
• Label and date all food.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
