About The Position

At Four Seasons Resort Hualālai, the Residents' Beach House is an exclusive oceanfront dining destination designed for Hualālai homeowners and their guests. Located along the shoreline and surrounded by the natural beauty of Hawaiʻi Island, the Residents' Beach House offers a relaxed yet elevated dining experience where personalized service, genuine relationships, and a strong sense of community come together. As a Server, you will play an important role in creating memorable experiences for homeowners and their guests by delivering thoughtful, intuitive service and building meaningful connections. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys getting to know guests by name, anticipates needs before they are expressed, and takes pride in creating experiences that feel effortlessly welcoming and distinctly Four Seasons.

Requirements

  • Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating meaningful connections with others.
  • Previous restaurant, food and beverage, or hospitality experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with homeowners, guests, and team members.
  • The ability to maintain composure and professionalism while delivering personalized service in a fast-paced setting.
  • A collaborative spirit and commitment to supporting your team and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
  • The ability to carry and balance serving trays and maintain exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while creating memorable dining experiences for homeowners and their guests.
  • Present menu offerings with confidence, providing engaging descriptions of ingredients, flavors, preparation methods, and local specialties.
  • Build genuine relationships with residents and returning guests through personalized and attentive service.
  • Anticipate guest needs, respond thoughtfully to requests, and create experiences that exceed expectations.
  • Accurately enter orders, coordinate with culinary and restaurant teams, and ensure food and beverages are delivered with exceptional timing and presentation.
  • Process guest payments accurately while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment that reflects Four Seasons standards.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for every resident and guest.
