About The Position

This role is for a Pool & Beach Server/Attendant, part-time, and is an opportunity to be part of the opening team for the Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort. The position involves providing guests with a high level of service in keeping with Four Seasons standards, including managing amenities like towels, juices, and fruits. The role also requires utilizing the hotel computer system for sales transactions and revenue reporting, performing opening procedures for the pool area, serving and clearing beverage items, and assisting guests with seating and information about hotel amenities and services. Additionally, the attendant will be responsible for maintaining the pool deck equipment and adhering to Four Seasons Work Rules and Standards of Conduct. The role also includes performing other assigned tasks, responding to emergencies, reporting accidents, and following proper payroll and uniform procedures.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • 1-2 years of food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience in a high volume upscale resort.
  • US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

  • Pick up, stock, restock, and drop off towels, juices, fruits and other amenities needed.
  • Utilize the hotel computer system by ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and complete end of day revenue reports.
  • Conduct all opening procedures including obtain pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities and organizing pool towels.
  • Serve and clear beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.
  • Assist guests in seating, offering towel, and informing them of amenities, hotel information and food and beverage service.
  • Wipe down, set up and move, when necessary all pool deck equipment.
  • Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
  • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
  • Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
  • Report any accident immediately, no matter how minor to a manger.
  • Follow proper payroll and uniform procedures.
