About The Position
The Mimosa House is looking for energetic, dependable, and hospitality-focused Servers to join our Folsom Riley Street team! We are a fast-paced breakfast and brunch restaurant known for great food, creative mimosas, and providing a welcoming experience for every guest.
Requirements
- Previous serving experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy shifts
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend and holiday availability is required
- Must meet all applicable requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Maintain strong knowledge of our menu, specials, and beverage offerings
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience and anticipate their needs
- Work closely with hosts, bussers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management
- Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
- Complete opening, running, and closing side work
- Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and company policies
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a high-volume environment
