About The Position
The Mimosa House is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Servers to join our team! We are a fast-paced breakfast and brunch restaurant focused on providing great food, excellent service, and a welcoming experience for every guest.
Requirements

- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Weekend availability is required
- Holiday availability is required
- Must be able to remain on your feet for extended periods and safely carry food and beverage trays

- Previous serving experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Maintain strong knowledge of our menu, including breakfast, brunch, cocktails, and mimosas
- Check on guests regularly and respond promptly to requests
- Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
- Process guest payments accurately
- Work closely with hosts, bussers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management
- Follow all company policies, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service requirements
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work as assigned
