About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a part-time Server to join our team at Summit located at 16100 Chenal Valley Drive, Little Rock, AR 72223. This role involves greeting residents, fostering a welcoming environment, preparing tables and meals, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness. The Server will also observe and report any changes in residents' dietary habits or appetite to supervisors and Wellness staff. This position is crucial in ensuring a positive dining experience for residents and contributing to the community's overall pride.

Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Ability to assist persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain residents.
Foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware.
Bus tables and sweep floors.
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed.
Communicate when residents are absent from meals.
