About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at Vitalia Stow. This part-time position offers a starting wage of $15 per hour and involves creating a welcoming environment for residents, preparing for meal services, maintaining cleanliness, and observing resident dining habits. The role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to be active and lift up to 50 pounds. Requirements

At least sixteen (16) years of age.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
Foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware.
Bus tables and sweep floors.
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Assist persons after a fall.
