About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at Vitalia Strongsville. This role involves creating a welcoming environment for residents, preparing dining areas, maintaining cleanliness, and observing resident dining habits. The ideal candidate will be at least sixteen years old, able to communicate effectively in English, possess a positive and energetic attitude, and be physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. This is a part-time position with a specific shift schedule.

Requirements

At least sixteen (16) years of age.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
Criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
Foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare tables for service, salads, and roll silverware.
Bus tables and sweep floors.
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness regarding resident dietary habits, appetite changes, and absences from meals.
