About The Position

Servers provide Guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitality and service in the Chili's style. The role focuses on creating a welcoming experience and making each Guest feel special. Servers learn the menu, explain offerings, complete opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction. The position requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience is a plus.
