About The Position

Chili's is hiring a Bartender to serve food and drinks while creating a lively, hospitable atmosphere for Guests. The role focuses on delivering an enjoyable bar experience, providing attentive service, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Bartenders should be knowledgeable about the menu and beverages, serve alcoholic drinks responsibly, and keep the bar clean while working effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. The schedule may be part-time or full-time. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Requirements

• Meet the minimum age requirement for the position in the applicable locality.
• Have a positive, outgoing attitude and a genuine desire to exceed Guest expectations.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Be able to reach and bend, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
• Be a team player.
