Food Runners create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for beverages, food, and people. The role focuses on providing hospitable, customized service, connecting with Guests, and helping them feel special. Chili's primarily hires Food Runners who can grow their careers quickly into server roles. The position contributes to a safe and welcoming dining environment and works with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
• Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plates, and silverware.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
