About The Position
Chili’s bartenders serve food and drinks while creating a lively atmosphere and providing hospitality to Guests. The role focuses on delivering an enjoyable bar experience, maintaining current knowledge of menu items, serving alcoholic beverages responsibly, and keeping the bar clean and welcoming. The position requires working effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and supporting both Guests and Team Members. Requirements
- Have a positive, outgoing attitude and a genuine desire to exceed Guests’ expectations.
- Meet the minimum age requirement for this position in the applicable locality.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Be able to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
- Be a team player.
