Position Summary We’re looking for a Server who brings more than just plates to the table — we want someone who brings energy, personality, and genuine hospitality to every shift. Requirements

  • Previous serving experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Must meet the legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable).
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly with professionalism and hospitality.
  • Present menus, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverages.
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
  • Deliver meals and beverages to tables efficiently and ensure orders meet quality standards.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout service and anticipate needs proactively.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and presentable dining and service areas.
  • Collaborate with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service procedures.
